Description:-

Color: Light yellowish brown Shell is moderate in size, solid, laterally not compressed like earlier species; granular varices on either side rounded and form continuous ridges; sutures with short oblique axial riblets; shell sculptured with finely granulose spiral striae forming heavy cords on anterior third of body whorl; body whorl is with 2-3 spiral rows of nodules. Columella is calloused, plicate with concave depression in the lower part; siphonal canal straight, anal canal is prominent; outer lip foliated and finely denticulate.
