Description:-

Shell of moderate size; spire tall and pointed; body whorl slightly inflated and longer than spire; obliquely arranged short nodules forming a spiral ridge around the middle portion of body whorl; angular shoulders,aperture wide; siphonal canal short, deep brownish in colour with lighter nodules

Bijukumar (2012) and Franklin and Laladhas(2014) recorded it from Kerala Coast.
