Description:-
Shell moderately small; Body whorl narrowly conical; outline convex at shoulder; Shoulder rounded; Spire moderately raised; apex bluntly pointed; spiral ribs nearly closer to shoulder; body whorl with broad spiral band on each side of centre varying from light gray to light brown; aperture narrow; outer lip straight; base tinged with violet; aperture white.

Franklin and Laladhas (2014) recorded it from coast of Kerala
