Shell small, ovate, moderately thin, spire compressed; surface smooth and glossy; columella slightly arched and provided with several fine teeth along the margin; whorls not compressed; columella slightly calloused; aperture semilunar; colour bright, extremely variable ranging from yellow to green; often ornamented with dark bands or axial streaks.
