Description:-

Shell medium sized; slightly inflated; apex pointed; sculpture composed of 18 axial ridges; body whorl sculptured with ten major spiral cords; siphonal canal with six more cords; small nodules seen at the region of intersection of axial ridges with spiral ridges; outer lip expanded with a few ridges extending upto the apertural teeth; aperture provided with 10 dentiucles; adapical one bifid; columella slightly sinous and denticulate; slightly developed ridge extending from columellar cavity upto aperture; colour light purple, teeth and ridges white; outer lip margin whitish
