Description:-
Shell small, spire low, umbilicus wide and deep, border subangulate; Whorls convex, sculpture composed of five closely set axial wavy striae crossed by growth lines. Base almost flat, with 3-6 spiral cords over inner half, umbilicus weakly striated spirally within. Empty gastropod shells, bivalves, stones etc seen cemented to dorsal surface. Colour dull yellowish white, aperture white.

Rao (2003) reported the presence of this species along Kerala coast
