Description:-

Bell nearly hemispherical, with very thick jelly; gastric peduncle short, with broad base, conical in shape; stomach very small; gonads six along distal portion of six radial canals; 30-50 marginal tentacles with large, swollen bubs; excretory papillae present; one to three rudimentary bulbs and about two to four statocysts (containing two statoliths) between every two tentacles
